Outcomes From Deputies Meeting

Genocide Intervention Network recently participated in Sudan Now's campaign to lobby five deputies at the National Security Council (NSC) to hold the government of Sudan accountable in its review of progress on the ground in Darfur. Foreign Policy's The Cable published an article today about the results of the NSC Deputies meeting.

The article highlights concerns of activists and Sudan watchers that the Obama adminstration hasn't clearly defined their strategy as we approach elections and the 2011 independence referendum. Read the full article here.
