Genocide Intervention Network is monitoring United States government policy toward Iraq, particularly the withdrawal of U.S. troops features concern for the human rights of civilians as well as the promotion of democratic ideals alongside the continued stabilization of Iraq.
We are also working to provide updated information about the civilian toll of the war in Iraq to our members throughout the United States and Canada through the use of data collected by the Iraqi Ministry of Health, the Iraq Body Count Project and others.
